I grilled the chicken breasts for about 7 minutes per side. Served with greens from my garden and homemade apple sauce.
Rub Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ground allspice
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme, crushed
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
